My purpose is to lead by example and show what’s possible when businesses open their doors to neurodivergent people. I want my son - and every young person like him - to have the same opportunities as anyone else, to follow their passions and build a future full of choice.
That’s why I started Better Merch. What began as a simple idea - that merchandise could be “branded with purpose” - has grown into a business that creates real jobs and real impact. Every order helps us employ neurodivergent Australians, people who’ve been long-term unemployed, and those living in regional areas who deserve the same chance to thrive.
I believe business should do more than make a profit. It should build confidence, create opportunities, and inspire others to take action. For our clients, it means your merch spend goes further - helping you hit ESG and social procurement goals, while also changing lives.

Social Media & Marketing Creator
Hello, my name is Angela but my friends call me Ange, and I am the social media and marketing creator here at better merch. To put it simply my job is to make videos and promotional material advertising our products to the cooperate market via social media, whilst demonstrating our ethos and core values as a company, together with Viki our aim is to create a culture where people with barriers to employment find meaningful work and really pave the way in terms of redefining what it really means to be an inclusive workplace I am beyond excited to be a part of this movement. Prior to this I was unemployed, It’s really hard to find a job when you have a physical condition like cerebral palsy and I’m in a wheelchair and I didn’t feel confident to try and find a job due to setbacks I faced, trying to find work in the past, this left me feeling discouraged. I am so glad that I found Viki because not only can I say that I have a job now I also have real skills that are transferable, and I can take with me, in other areas of my life as well.

I’m an IT enthusiast with a love for numbers, writing, and problem-solving. I finished my Accounting degree in 2018, just before COVID hit, and like many graduates, it was tough to find the right opportunity. I’m also a big reader and enjoy learning new things every day. At Better Merch, I get to bring my mix of skills into admin, client support, and data - and I’m excited to grow with the team.
